Though having a degree provides an advantage. Having 4 or more years of teaching experience is something else that is required. Unique personalities as well and knowing ways that the students will learn the best. These teachers are not here to indoctrinate the students. If the teacher is there to teach math. Then the teacher is there to teach math and provide the student with the necessary tools to accomplish teaching them to learn math.
Assigning Homework:
The teachers we decide to bring into our online academy team. Is to be teaching only that subject and we do not bombard the student with an excessive amount of homework. The teachers will have time to teach the students and then after the teacher is done teaching. The students will have the rest of the time to do their work in class and the work that is not completed in class will be homework.
