- Type 1B: This type of hair has a little bit of a wave to it. Not an extreme amount of wave to it but give it a little bounce and subtle curve. This type of hair is much easier to curl without any need for additional chemicals
- Type 1C: This type of hair can have a bit of a curl. This one can also be altered by the weather conditions and depending on how much humidity there is.

- Type 3B: These curls are a bit tighter. The curls range from ringlets to corkscrews. They type of hair you will experience more volume as well as density. This type of hair also leans toward the coarse side.
- Type 3C: Curls are the curly and coily type. This type of hair has that tight corkscrew in shape. However, with this type of curl in the hair. It has that natural shrinkage look. As a result, Your hair will appear more dense and greater in volume.
Hair Type 4 – ABC’s
This is the exact same kind of hair that we have. As most people, you may fall into this category.
