Homemade Mac & Cheese is a classic meal. One that had been made for generations and changed throughout the years. There are store bought Mac & Cheese. Then there is homemade Mac & Cheese (The Best In Our opinion). We had store bought mac & cheese for many years while I was growing up and let me tell you. It was the worst thing I was ever eating. Hence, we discovered homemade macaroni and cheese from my sister. She is the one that taught me how to make this homemade mac and cheese and it is by far the best mac and cheese (in our opinion) that you will ever eat.
Homemade Mac & Cheese Ingredients:
1 Block of Velveeta
½ lb of Butter
3 Cups of Milk
2 Boxes of Shell Pasta
Pasta Directions:
In a large saucepan bring one box of shell pasta to a boil. Add the shell pasta into the boiling water. Let boil until pasta is soft enough to eat. Strain Pasta and set aside.
Mac & Cheese Sauce Directions:
In another saucepan, heat up milk and butter. In the meantime cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes and set aside. Upon melting the butter. Add the Velveeta cheese. Ensure that the cheese is completely melted.
Once you melt the cheese, combine pasta & cheese sauce and mix well.
Note: You can add more milk before the pasta if the cheese sauce is too thick or vice versa.

Because, if you are like we were and completely tired of store bought mac and cheese. Then you will most likely be looking for an alternative in being able to still make mac and cheese. Just not the premade store bought.
